About the role...
You’ll play a part in ensuring the restaurant and bar runs efficiently during service and that our guests are bowled over by the quality of food, drink and service they receive. You’ll be a great team player, effectively supporting the Front of House team. You'll be polite, courteous and professional. Our approach is all about Hamptonality - the ability to provide a warm welcome in a clean, friendly, warm atmosphere. We'll give you all the tools and training you need to become a shining star within the team, and opportunities for development whenever you feel ready.
We'd love you to build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike, following stock and control procedures, and adhering to food safety and health and safety requirements. You will play a key part in working with the team whilst supporting the department in achieving the required service results through internal and external audit results.
About you...
· Excellent customer service skills, ideally gained within hospitality or retail
· Strong communication skills through a variety of means
· Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks
· High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing your own time and helping others to manage theirs!
· The desire to give our guests a fantastic Hampton experience - and have some fun too!
