We are looking for a full-time Food and Beverage Manager at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal hotel.
This is a full-time position with 40hrs split over 5 days and is paid a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum plus benefits.
About the role:

• You'll ensure the smooth running of the F&B operation on a daily basis, delegating where appropriate and implementing pre-shift and post-shift briefings
• You need to prepare rotas to meet business needs and ensure that staffing levels and costs are kept within budget
• You keep an eye on purchasing practices in line with purchasing manuals and budgets
• You ensure guest requests are carried out in a timely, efficient and professional manner
• You actively seek verbal feedback from customers and act on feedback both positive and constructive.
• You'll train the team and ensure standards are maintained
• You'll drive sales and profitability
• You'll promote good working relationships with regular guests, local companies and suppliers.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has 2 years supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality role, ideally within food and beverage
• you’ll be a people-person, focused on giving great customer service, and will also be an efficient, enthusiastic member of the team.
• is comfortable and confident in dealing with the public
• has a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
• pays close attention to detail
• can be flexible with shift availability
