Pembrey Country Park has grown its food and beverage offering over the past 4 years and due to a recent secondment are seeking a new Food and Beverage Manager on an 12 month temporary basis. The role is managing Yr Orsaf Restaurant, Ski Café, Beach Kiosk and the Outdoor Catering elements of the park, also being part of the event management team.
The successful candidate will need experience in a similar role driving the business and seeking new opportunities to grow the offering whilst ensuring the customer journey is a positive experience. Management of a large team, financial compliance and knowledge of Food Safety is essential.
The role includes weekend, evenings and bank holidays
