The Castle Hotel Windsor is situated amongst some of the most historic examples of architecture in the United Kingdom. The hotel itself dates back to the 1500s and sits opposite the magnificent Windsor Guildhall, with royal attractions such as Windsor Castle and St. George’s Chapel both within easy reach for guests who are eager to immerse themselves in all that Windsor has to offer.

Our Opportunity
The role of our Food and Beverage Services Manager is to plan and direct all food and beverage operations across our busy hotel. You will maintain high standards of food and drink, service and health and safety practices within your area. You will manage the training and development needs of your team and develop and implement strategies to exceed customer satisfaction and achieve the business financial targets.
You will be joining our friendly team at a very exciting time. Our inside and outdoor areas are very popular and you will be the driving force in the day to day management of this busy operation.
You will have a friendly and caring personality, be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised and maintain a hands-on management approach. You will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a guest first approach and a real passion for great service delivery. Able to work autonomously or as part of a team, you are motivated, encouraging and inspirational, with a passion for supporting, developing and coaching others.
