The Impact You’ll Make: In this role, you will elevate our guests' culinary journey, whether in the bar, at breakfast, dinner, or through room service. You will become well-versed in our drink and food menus, ready to recommend dishes and answer any guest inquiries. Your goal is to ensure food and drinks are served promptly and with a smile. Empowered to address any issues swiftly, you will ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

Master our menu and service standards.

Work on the bar to make delicious cocktails, pour perfect pints and interact with guests.

Maintain high service standards in the bar and other F&B outlets.

Take and recommend food and beverage orders, with an eye for upselling and communicating with the kitchen about any guest requests.

Ensure quick, efficient, and satisfying service for all guests.

Prepare the bar and other outlets for service periods.

Uphold the cleanliness of all Food and Beverage outlets.

Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual, ideally with experience in hospitality or travel and tourism. The ideal candidate is a team player, a fast learner, adaptable, and has exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
