We are looking for a special person to join our Food & Beverage Team as a F&B Supervisor and would love to hear from candidates who feel they have the right experience, skills and ambitions to bring to our team.
Overseeing our Blossoms Restaurant, Afternoon Tea service & Private Dining, delivery and service within the business you need to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience for our guests.

Our F&B Supervisor will be responsible for;

• Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager and working as part of a busy vibrant team, you will be responsible first contact with every guest. You will be working on varying shift patterns including mornings, evenings & weekends.
• Maintaining the high standards of customer service in a professional but relaxed way and taking pride on keeping the Restaurant and back of the house looking at it’s best. ·
• Constantly training and developing junior members of the team in a positive and productive way. ·
• Continually developing suggestions and ideas as to ways of increasing quality of service and never standing still
• Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position

Our successful F&B Supervisor will:

• demonstrate a good grounding in delivering a food & beverage service
• have outstanding customer service skills
• be highly organised
• have a proven record as a strong team supervisor
• have an eye for detail
• possess a strong knowledge of food, wines and cheeses
• have an ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
• have previous experience in a similar environment
• a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
• have excellent communication skills
• be determined to create a memorable guest experience
• possess energy & enthusiasm for their work and hospitality
