Summary
You will be picking and packing a variety of meat and deli products and will also be trained to operate our touchscreens to batch control products, enter weights and batches and confirm customer orders. You will also be trained to make sausage mixes and then to make sausages and burgers etc.
Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines, to ensure product quality.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks to handle meat products safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
• This is a skilled job so attention to detail is important.

Qualifications
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided, although it would be an advantage if you had worked in a similar industry. You will be trained to operate our touchscreens to batch control products, enter weights and batches and confirm customer orders. Once you have been working in the department for a while, you may be trained to make sausage mixes and then to make sausages and burgers etc.
Working environment and hours
Please note that you will be working in a chilled environment and will be handling fresh meat products. Some heavy lifting may also be required.
The hours of work are approximately 5.00am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
