Position Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Host at the prestigious Ralph Lauren flagship store on Bond Street!
We are seeking a welcoming and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.
As the face of our store, you will greet customers in a warm and sincere manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to engage with a diverse range of customers, both domestic and international, catering to their individual needs and preferences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store with a personal approach
Introduce customers to relevant team members on the floor
Share interesting insights and stories to enhance customer visit and deliver the RL experience
Manage the coffee queue efficiently
Ensure that all elements of service are available in store and proposed to customers
Local knowledge of Mayfair or London, provide recommendations for local attractions and services
Resolve customer issues with a problem-solving attitude
Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Strong customer service skills

- 2 strategic cycles in concierge in a fast- paced environment or equivalent

Enthusiastic and personable attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, flexible, and attentive to detail
Rapport building
Impeccable personal presentation
