Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This position involves a variety of tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively with team members and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Duties

• Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist in the assembly, packing, and sorting of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to management promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
