• Manage and deliver IT-based projects, with at least 2 projects related to Geospatial technology.
• Communicate GIS technical ideas clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate customer business goals, objectives, and strategies, translating them into technical plans and solutions.
• Exhibit a self-motivated, proactive problem-solving attitude, while being team-oriented and creative.
• Maintain exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.

• Strong experience in managing IT-based projects in Management Consulting environment
• Proven experience as a program manager for at least 2 projects related to Geospatial technology.
• In-depth knowledge of Esri Suites of products and Esri Utility Network.
• Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, or a related field.
