Location: UK Based, Remote – Full Time, ~ 25% travel required

The Business Process Manager is a strategic role focused on optimizing and improving business processes through the effective use of Salesforce. This role is less technical and more centered on understanding business needs, analyzing current processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. Success in this role will be your ability to quickly grasp critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Initiatives Analysis and Engineering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Map current business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate issues as raised by users and identify root causals. Work with SMEs, users and key stakeholders and business analysts to map the current state, validate the problem, causals, and potential corrections and visualize the future state with storyboards; creating a proof of concept, and explaining the full end to end solution.
  • Manage change management with multiple stakeholders for new and changing business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business process improvement strategies, leveraging Salesforce functionalities.
  • Write and create business initiatives and Salesforce user training.
Salesforce and other Platforms and Tools Implementation & Optimization:
  • Ensure Salesforce and key business processes/tools align with best practices and business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements of multple platforms and tools, including Salesforce, IFS (ERP system), CPQ (Product Master Data System) and others into end to end solutions that are in-line with Process Automation priorities.
  • Collaborate with the development teams to implement changes and optimize the platform.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a liaison between business unit leaders, other stakeholders and development teams.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure they are maximizing the value of Salesforce in their Sales Management Processes and operating rhythm cadence to ensure data integrity.
  • Use Super User communities to enable sellers to meet data integrity expectations and adherence to Salesforce processes and procedures.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Support regions with expected data requirements of Salesforce to meet Salesforce data integrity standards, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry and reporting from each region.
  • Strong working knowledge of reports and dashboards. Ability to create and/or collaborate on the design/development of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Strong working knowlege and ability to develop objects in Pre-Production or Sandbox to demonstrate change management examples.
  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce data and user feedback/input to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Conduct regular process reviews with business leaders and Champions to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects and business initiatives that align with Process Automation’s strategic goals.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce features and functionalities. Identify opportunities for further enhancements.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is not required, but is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus, but not required (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst). Requirements to showcase a business process improvement may be helpful if completed in the Sandbox, but not required.
Experience:
  • Strong experience in a business process analysis role and a user, in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong working knowledge and ability to develop objects in Pre-Production or Sandbox to demonstrate change management examples.
  • Salesforce experience on the job with Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting tools is a plus but not required. This role will be supported by an inhouse technical implementation team.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and optimization.
  • Ability to demonstrate change management capabilities.
  • Ability to create end-user training documentation from design/development to delivery using Power Point and/or other applications.
  • Experience in a Sales Training, Product Training, Sales Enablement or field Sales role is not required, but is a plus.
  • Experience in IFS or other ERP systems is not required, but is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, organized. Able to work independently and part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Effective change management capabilities.
Competencies:
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing is required. Other languages are a plus, not required.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate business needs and technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
  • High level of accuracy in process analysis and data management.
