As the Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. You'll handle a diverse range of tasks with a smile, from managing calendars and crafting presentations to assisting with projects and keeping the office well-equipped.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Communication Ace: Be the friendly voice answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the right people. Schedule appointments, draft correspondence, and maintain accurate contact lists to keep information flowing seamlessly.
- Master of Organisation: Keep the office running smoothly by managing filing systems, ordering supplies, and preparing travel arrangements. Assist with meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
- Project Powerhouse: Lend a hand with assigned projects, offering research, data analysis, and administrative support. Create presentations and reports as needed, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- 1 year of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills – juggling tasks is your superpower!
- Excellent written and verbal communication – clarity and conciseness are key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) – these are your essential tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively – you're a team player with initiative.
