Overview
We are looking for a curious and innovative team member to help build our Business Intelligence hub over a 3-month project, with principal focus on External Communications (EC), interfacing with Competitive Intelligence and Business Development. You'll define and implement the playbook for successful EC to support our companies to achieve their corporate goals. The project will have direct outcomes on our business approach and execution of critical profile-raising business activities across the M:M ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Understanding, designing, and implementing centralised processes and resources to achieve an integrated, scaleable and harmonious EC “hub” across multiple biotech companies, and equip them with best-standard functional guidelines and tools to help raise their profiles and achieve their corporate goals. Creating templates and best practice for outreach and profile-building, such as Press Releases, Linked In posts, content generation, and campaign calendars. Identify process gaps and propose reporting solutions, leveraging our CI and BD tools and data.
Key skills:
Keen interest or background in Communications and Business Insights Keen interest and/or ability in using various relevant digital/technical platforms, databases and tools eg Google alerts, industry databases, Linked In, Trello, Miro.
Interested in the use of AI and emerging technologies to support EC An entrepreneurial and start-up spirit: Curious, willing to be agile and innovative and to build your network across the business to support collaboration
Excellent organisational and time management skills, high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Enjoys working as part of a team to achieve a common goal with a can-do attitude but also an ability to work independently and meet deadlines
