Graphic Design & Marketing Executive

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (based on experience)
Mayfair, London
40 hours per week


A fast-growing scale up business in the property development and healthcare world is looking for a Graphic Design and Marketing specialist to join their team in London.


The Role
We are looking for a bold and creative individual to take the lead on all things design and marketing, in particular someone who can help us to take our social media strategy and content to new and interesting places.
You will need to be able to represent both of our brands simultaneously (Zephyr X, property development, and Bracebridge Care Group, care home operator) interacting with our communities on all social platforms to increase engagement, followers, and the quality of users experience.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the social media strategy and materials used by the company. This will be a busy and varied role, perfect for someone with vision, who is organised and passionate.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Zephyr X

• Create and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are uniform across the relevant brand
• Update teaser and brochure documents to represent details of new project
• Design and send monthly email newsletters and thought pieces in Mailchimp
• Provide continuity throughout all official documents on Adobe e.g. application forms, T&C’s etc
• Regularly design, post and schedule content on the group’s social media feeds – Linked In, Facebook, Instagram - including any accompanying copywriting
• Moderate and respond to comments and interact with followers to best develop our online communities.
• Liaise with external PR teams for press releases
• Analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitor overall performance
• Support the preparation, organisation, and delivery of company events.

Bracebridge

• Regularly design, post and schedule content on the group’s social media feeds – Linked In, Facebook, Instagram - including any accompanying copywriting
• Moderate and respond to comments and interact with followers to best develop our online communities.
• Produce regular reports on social media performance.
• Grow our social media presence and target reach, identifying key social influencers who we can engage with
• Assisting with general ADHOC tasks that the care homes will need help with, posters for events, invitations etc
• Use personal stories and soft touches to reach out with fun and engaging information.
• Work closely with the regional recruitment team and the team in the care homes to develop a joined up approach and theme to all marketing.

The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
