What role will you perform?
Working under the direction of Company Directors and the Head of Growth Marketing, you will research, conceptualise and design assets for a variety of mediums (with an onus on digital devices first). Alongside regularly liaising with clients and collaborating with other members of the team, this will include:

• Gather design briefs from both clients and other team members
• Manage a range client projects
• Sketch, Conceptualise, Prototype, Amend and work to design approval
• Work across a range of different mediums and industries
• Have a genuine interest in the success of our clients

Experience and skills you must have:

• Primary - Figma/XD/Photoshop/Illustrator any any other software for the design of visual interfaces plus After Effects/Premiere Pro/Animate for the design of motion graphics. Expertise with the use of cameras and/or filming equipment
• Primary - Expertise in Wireframing, Prototyping, User Interface design, User Experience, Web Design, Software Design, Usability and Motion Graphics capture/editing.
• Secondary - In Design/Illustrator/Photoshop for the design of printed assets, merchandise, signage, digital pdfs, advertisements, banners and/or social media assets.
• Secondary - Experience in Branding, Print Design and Finishes, Advertising, Social Media and Email Marketing
• A combination of skills in common design principles: contrast, balance, emphasis, proportion, hierarchy, repetition, rhythm, pattern, white space, movement, variety, and unity
• Highly proficient in English
• Jargon-free communication skills
• A friendly personality
• Fun hobbies outside of work

Some experience, qualities and skills which would help your application:

• An understanding of marketing fundamentals, SEO or paid advertising principles
• Any additional skills in Adobe CC suite, photography, film production and/or web development
• Copywriting skills
• Experience with the use of Content Management Systems
