What role will you perform?
Working under the direction of Head of Growth Marketing, you will plan, execute and report on pay per click (PPC) marketing campaigns. Alongside regularly liaising with clients and collaborating with other members of the team, this will include:
Pay Per Click Advertising (Search and Social)

• Working with clients and the team to formulate paid advertising strategies designed to deliver results
• Building, testing and optimising campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads (additional platforms are an advantage)
• Crafting compelling ad copy and working with designers to develop engaging visual content for ads
• Managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend
• Ensuring all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry best practices
• Learning and adapting to new paid advertising trends, algorithm updates and best practices to maintain and improve results
• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance using platform data and Google Analytics 4 to attribute the outcomes of managed campaigns

Some experience, qualities and skills you will have:

• ​​Two years’ experience in pay per click marketing (preferred)
• Google Ads certifications
• Experience using Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads
• SEO expertise
• Highly proficient in English
• Jargon-free communication skills
• A friendly personality
• Fun hobbies outside of work

Some experience, qualities and skills which would help your application:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) expertise
• Experience using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and reporting software, like Swydo and Ahrefs
• Additional experience in advertising platforms like Amazon Ads and Tik Tok Ads
• Copywriting skills for landing pages
• Experience in the use of content management systems like Word Press or Shopify
• An understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Any additional skills in Adobe CC suite, photography or web design and development

Pay: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
