Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing, and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, as well as leading and developing our team of marketing professionals.
The ideal candidate will have an experienced background in marketing, excellent communication skills, be collaborative and be highly organised.

Pay: £34,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IASME certification schemes.
- Assist Head and Deputy Head of Marketing to execute Partner marketing strategies.
- Identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Enhance and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Co-ordinate and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Co-ordinate all marketing tasks within the Marketing Team.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and setting clear objectives for team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively to marketing experts within the team, ensuring optimal use of skills and resources.
- Proven experience in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- People management skills
