Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to ensure our teams are providing high standards of cleaning and grounds maintenance/gardening across various locations across Nottinghamshire. Your role will involve leading large teams of Grounds Maintenance Opertaive, Mobile Cleaners and Static Cleaners that are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of both internal and external areas on housing sites across Nottinghamshire. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This role is permanent, full time position, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing employees.
• Inspection of cleaning and grounds equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working order.
• Grounds maintenance duties such as mowing, weeding, strimming etc.
• Cleaning of offices an communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass areas.

Key requirements:

• Full UK Drivers Licence.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Experience within grounds maintenance or gardeing.
