Job Title: Handyman/Maintenance Professional
Location: Central London (Chelsea & Kensington)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)
We are currently seeking an outstanding Handyman/Maintenance Professional to join our team dedicated to servicing the needs of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families in central London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the luxurious properties of our esteemed clientele, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Property Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of super prime London properties.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other household systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and renovations.
- Monitor and maintain home automation systems.
2. General Support Tasks:
- Assist with household tasks such as furniture assembly, painting, and general repairs.
- Handle routine tasks, including changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and addressing minor damages promptly.
- Technology support - basic understanding of AV set up (Sky, i Pad, control 4 systems).
3. Emergency Response:
- Be available for on-call duties in case of emergencies or urgent maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to alarm systems or security alerts.
- Good knowledge of London (driving the company van will be required)
4. Communication:
- Maintain open communication with line managers/clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
- Provide regular updates on maintenance activities and schedules.
- Good use of Office 365, word, excel and some internal systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UHNW sector.
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
