Hilton Birmingham Metropole is now recruiting for a Head Bartender join its destination bar and restaurant as Head Bartender. We are looking someone confident in mixology/ cocktail making. The successful candidate will manage the bar at the hotel's Brightsmith on the Water Bar and Restaurant. This is a modern, classic but relaxed restaurant and bar for the hotel guests and visitors to enjoy a meal or cocktails overlooking the lake.

You will join the team at the hotel's destination Bar and Restaurant, Brightsmith on the Water.
You enjoy taking the lead behind the Bar, training new team members, designing cocktails and menus, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
