Head Chef
The Spread Eagle are currently recrutiing for a Head Chef to join the team and lead a small team of chefs.
The Hotel is a boutique Hotel privately owned with 4 other sister Hotels in the South of England. Spread Eagle is an old coaching Inn on the main street of Thame which is a traditional Market Town in South Oxfordshire.
The Hotel has 35 boutique Bedrooms, and a 40 to 50 cover Restaurant and Bar as well as 2 smaller private dining rooms. In additional to the Restaurant the hotel has a large function room that can acccommodate up to 180 guests for Weddings, Conferences, Tribute nights and other functions.
The Head chef will need to have a good knoweldge of Britsh cusine, be able to develop and train a team. Have a good knoweldge of HCAP and Health and Safety and good background of menu development for both the Resturant and function markets.
