We are looking for an energetic and imaginative Head Chef to join our close knit team and assist us taking the business to the next level.
You will be responsible for:
- Kitchen Team Development
- New menu Development and roll out
- Stock control and ordering
- Health and safety and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Head Chef
- Have experience in food development
- Can manage a team
- Can manage a P&L
- Can control stock and labour
- Compliance and safety focussed
- Level 2 minimum food safety

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year
