Role title: Head of Partnerships EMEA
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (£60,000-£65,000)

The Opportunity
The Head of Partnership EMEA will be responsible for driving Epos Now's growth strategy across the EMEA region, focusing on indirect sales channels. This involves leading business development and account management teams to secure and maximize partnerships, ensuring sustained and profitable growth. The role will also require strategic collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer to define and execute expansion plans while solidifying the company’s market position in established regions like the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing (the nitty gritty)
Management:
- Oversee the EMEA Partnerships P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead and manage Business Development Managers to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct monthly one-on-ones and performance reviews for team members.
- Identify resource needs and recruit new team members where necessary.
- Hold the team accountable for targets and manage performance effectively.
- Identifying and securing new master distribution partners
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies and drive product placement through reseller networks.
- Manage key distributor relationships to ensure consistent growth.
- Hunting for new tier 1 & 2 reseller opportunities.
- Pre-qualify resellers to ensure sustainable and recurring business growth.
- Negotiate and manage reseller contracts, working within a set commercial framework.
- Identify and onboard new partners that can generate leads for Epos Now.
- Establish and manage contractual agreements, ensuring minimum commitments.
- Implement onboarding processes for new partners to maximize business potential.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support, accounts) for seamless partner integration.
- Set and track KPIs for resellers and partners, holding regular review meetings to ensure growth.
- Maintain relationships with key tier 1 & 2 resellers and lead partners, driving revenue through ongoing engagement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to execute high-level contracts and spot new opportunities.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and contract negotiation.
- Relationship Management: Excellent at building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in business development, with a hunter mentality.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of POS and Payments technology solutions.
- Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage at the Board level.
- Understanding of the POS market
- Experience working remote and on the road
- 28 Days Annual Leave
- Predominantly remote working environment
- Two staff events per year
