Responsibilities of the role:
To oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns and drive strategic initiatives to enhance our client’s online presence.
Client work
- To live and breathe our values and ensure the team understand and lives by the values, too.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, from Google Ads, to Bing Ads.
- Plan, develop and implement paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Leading the PPC channel
- Develop and implementing effective PPC strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Supervise and mentor future PPC team Juniors and Execs, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented team.
- Optimisations on the live accounts
- Collaborate with other channels to achieve and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to enhance overall campaign performance.
- To provide clear leadership and direction to the team and wider organisation support.
- Undertaking Keyword research for Roar and our clients.
- Taking part in vlogs for ROAR You Tube and socials.
- Writing case studies for ROAR website.
- Undertaking regular Keyword research to keep us on top of the game.
- Supporting the application process for awards.
- Opportunities to attend networking events.

- Continuously learn and adapt to industry trends and best practices in PPC.

- Attend industry conferences.
- Proven experience as an experienced PPC Executive with 3+ years of demonstratable experience.
- High Proficiency in all variants of PPC - Google Search, Google Shopping, Merchant Center, Google Display, PMax, Merchant Centre, Bing Ads, and Google Ads Editor.
- Comfortable and confident implementing Google Tag Manager and effective Analytics and Google Ads tracking.
- Strong Ad writing ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate the complexities of digital marketing.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Creative mindset with a passion for testing, pushing boundaries and embracing challenges.
- Comfortable and confident communicating effectively with clients by phone, Zoom, email, and face to face.
- Strong attention to detail
- Recent Google Certifications in Search, Shopping, Display and Analytics.
