Head of Premium Sales

Our Client is a leading Events company, who are currently hiring for a Head of Sales to lead their Premium sales team and drive hospitality revenue growth across their live events Arenas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales strategy development and execution, with a proven track record of achieving targets. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to foster relationships with clients, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Ideally you will have a background in Hospitality within the Sports, Entertainment or Media sector, however we will consider other backgrounds if you can demonstrate strong leadership in Premium sales.
Responsibilities
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximise performance and drive engagement.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
- Create pricing strategies that maximise revenue opportunities
- Identify potential new revenue streams, producing business plans and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Build collaborative business relationships that further their objective of developing new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience of successfully leading teams and projects
- Proven track record in successful sales to senior decision makers
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and targets effectively
- Experience of utilising market research techniques and implementation of market research results within Premium sales strategies
- The understanding and development of new business development plans
- An identifiable knowledge of sports, venue and events Premium industries
- Experience with producing sales presentations and presenting to senior management and business leaders
- Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management maintaining customer confidence and account management.
- A track record in developing productive working relationships with colleagues, industry peers and clients
Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
