Plymouth College is seeking to recruit a calm, empathetic and diligent individual to lead our Preparatory School. They will bring with them an exciting vision for the Prep School whilst working collaboratively with the wider School community. The post holder will act with a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence. They will be a committed Educator who is passionate about focusing on children as individuals, giving our Prep pupils the best educational experience. Proven experience of managing the busy day to day management of a Prep school will be key to any successful appointment.
