Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for HCAs with hospital or acute care experience to work flexible shifts across various healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient care.
- Provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support patients with daily activities.
- Assist in medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Adastra system.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient outcomes.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential.
- Proven experience working in hospital or acute care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.80 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
