We are seeking dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing and clinical staff with patient care.
• Provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support patients with daily activities.
• Assist in medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Adastra system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Proven experience working in hospital or acute care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
