Overview:
SHR Group UK is seeking an experienced and proactive Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager to join a dedicated healthcare team in Gloucester. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Dispense medication and provide expert guidance to patients on safe usage and side effects.
• Manage and maintain patient records efficiently using the Pharmacy Manager system.
• Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and order supplies to support seamless pharmacy operations.
• Foster a supportive, patient-focused environment by mentoring and collaborating with pharmacy staff.

Requirements:

• Current GPh C registration as a qualified Pharmacist.
• Proven experience with the Pharmacy Manager system.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
