MCS Healthcare is a CQC-regulated care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional support to individuals in the community, ranging from non-complex to complex care needs. We are passionate about enhancing lives, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and skilled Health Care Assistants (experience with Learning Difficulties) to join our growing team in the East Sussex area, more specifically, Uckfield.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay Rates: Earn between £15.50 - £21.85 per hour.

We are seeking dedicated professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Care Certificate or NVQ qualification.
- Practical Manual Handling/Basic Life Support certification.
- PMVA Certificate (for Mental Health roles).
- Full UK Drivers Licence.
- Experience with Learning Difficulties, Autism, Epilepsy

Expected hours: 12 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
- Care Certificate (required)
- Practical Manual Handling and BLS (preferred)
- PMVA certificate (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
