Abbey Logistics – A UK and European, Industry Leading, food and non-food tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit the following;
HGV TANKER DRIVER - Days (Must include Saturday)

• 5 days per week , must include Saturday

Full time permanent

• Based at our Newark depot
• Tanker experience preferred but not essential
• Loading and unloading of Tipper Tankers
• Loading and unloading of Sugar
• Clean work
• £15.43ph Monday - Friday. £16.34 Saturday, £18.67 Sunday
• 5 days a week must include Saturdays

The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using bulk powder tankers throughout the UK and into Europe if required.
Duties will include:

• Collection & Delivery of product in tankers to and from customer locations
• Keeping your vehicle in clean condition
• Using your digital hand-held device to record all circle checks and deliveries
• Following company procedures in accordance with strict industry guidelines

Experience

• Hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence (no more than 6 penalty points)
• Tanker work preferred but not essential as training will be given
• Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
