Come and join our team
We are looking for two enthusiastic, customer focused, technically qualified individuals to join our Home Adaptations Team. The team is responsible for delivering disabled adaptations to both council tenants and owner occupiers, with the aim of maintaining client independence, reducing the impact on other services such as Home Care, NHS, and emergency services and to improve occupiers’ health, well-being, and quality of life.
You will manage your own caseload and be committed to delivering the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll be an excellent team player with the ability to work effectively with partner organisations and confident in your approach.
The successful candidate will need a good understanding of construction and the ability to work with vulnerable clients within their home environment.
