You will be fully supported and no experience is required as full training is provided however it would be great if you have prior experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have a full UK Driving License
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Be able to work on your own initiative.
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
• Be willing to participate in basic training such as care certificate, first aid, DBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care assistance to clients in accordance with their care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Utilise communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IT to document and track client care information accurately.
• Uphold the Care Certificate standards while delivering compassionate care to clients.
