We are currently recruiting for a Care Home Manager for one of our residential care homes located in the village of Armthorpe, Doncaster.
Summary
As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will lead a team in providing high-quality care in a care home setting. With core skills in management, supervising experience, and leadership, you will oversee daily operations, staff management, budgets and resident care. Your skills in residential care management will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of residents.
Responsibilities (but not limited to:-)
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the care home.
- Supervise staff members and ensure quality care is provided to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care services.
- Utilise your care expertise to enhance resident well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Create a supportive and safe environment for residents and staff members
- Maintain compliance with regulations and uphold high standards of care.
- Provide KPIs to your Regional Manager
Essential Requirements / Experience:-

• At least two years’ experience as Home Manager or Deputy Manager in registered care home
• NVQ levels 2/3/4
• Level 5 Registered Managers Award
• Safeguarding Qualification
• Good Knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations
• Good Communication skills
• Good People Management skills.

Experience in using the Person Centred Software computer system is advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
You will be supported by a Regional Manager.
