Your Role:

• Assist clients with outings, shopping, and community group access
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and physical therapies
• Administer medications and ensure clients follow treatment plans
• Aid with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the office team

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driving license and access to a car is required.
• Able to commit to working full-time, 30-40 hours per week, including weekdays and alternating weekends (days/time to be agreed)
• A genuine passion for helping others and a caring nature.
