We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our team in providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell upon departure
- Assist guests with seating arrangements
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls with a polite and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A helpful and organised approach to ensure guests have a pleasant experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
