Key Duties

• Act as point of contact for Tenants and Care Providers in reporting repairs and maintenance issues.
• Liaise with the Care Providers and outside agencies such as landlords, estate agents and Home Care Cover companies to ensure timely responses and successful completion of all works.
• To have the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise workload.
• Maintain all maintenance records for each property.
• Maintain schedule and renewal of annual Landlord tests such as PAT Tests, Gas Safety and Household Home Care Cover for all properties.
• Organise copy documentation of annual Landlord tests to all individual properties.
• Ensure confidentiality with regard to information obtained relating to Tenants, Care Providers and all outside agencies.
• To carry out additional duties and tasks that may be required within the range of the responsibilities of the post.

Skills and experience

• · Excellent level of computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• · Relevant experience in an admin role preferable
• · Strong communication skills
• · Excellent record/note keeping
