Immigration Caseworker needed for SW17
SI Legal Services is looking to hire an experienced legal aid immigration caseworker at their office based in Tooting Bec.
The ideal candidate should be IAAS level 2 accredited and must have experience of legal aid immigration work to include asylum, domestic violence and trafficking cases. Applicants who are experienced but are yet to obtain the accreditation will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Action queries received from potential clients
- Engage in maintaining files and ensuring all work on is upto date and diarised - Draft and review legal documents related to immigration cases with precision and attention to detail including legal research
- Stay updated on Immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all casework.

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
