Spire Norwich Hospital are recruiting an experienced administrator to join the team working as an inpatient Bookings Administrator. This is Full Time on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
Co-ordinate admissions and associated pre-operative assessment appointments. Working closely with Consultants, patients and multi-disciplinary teams.
Who we're looking for:

• A personable individual with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Good basic PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• You will require excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to manage your own workload
• Experience in a customer service environment is ideal
• Previous experience in administration is essential
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
