Job Summary: We are Hiring a new member of our Admin Team.

* We are looking for a team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* The role will include : Debt control, Insurance Claims, Mid Term Adjustments, Policy Processing.
* Previous Insurance Admin Experience is preferred.
* Full and part-hours are available, our office hours are from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work from our Northampton town centre office.
* 23 days holiday (+Bank Holidays)
You wil:
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills to manage paperwork efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Assist in office tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance Administration: 1 year (required)
• Insurance Administrative: 1 year (required)
