Eunomia work a "nine-day fortnight". Full time employees have a 3-day weekend every other week.
Salary indicative range: £25,000 to £30,000 - flexibility for exceptional candidates

Job description:
The primary purpose of this role is to co-ordinate, plan and produce the internal communications for Eunomia Research & Consulting, to create an environment of shared understanding across all its departments and territories. The aim is to enable colleagues to feel informed and connected with the work we do and to understand the contribution they make to help us deliver our vision.
Specific tasks include:
- Work alongside the Head of Brand & Communications to deliver internal communications with a particular focus on supporting IT, HR, Learning & Development team and Operations. Ensuring that business goals, initiatives and people news are communicated effectively and in line with our values. Focus on clarity and frequency.
- Manage the upload of issued communications to the intranet.
- Draft Bi-weekly newsletter, editing submissions from around the business and ensuring the communication is clear and informative.
- Plan and implement internal communication strategies with support from Head of Brand & Communications for IT, HR, Learning & Development team and Operations - providing advice and solutions for effective message management.
- Continuously improve overall channel infrastructure, utilising insight from evaluations to ensure effective targeting of messages. Regularly audit channel requirements to ensure they are good fit for our culture and strategies, with assistance from wider management
- Write high quality creative communication material/content through your own work and working through others in the team. Ensuring, with management from above, the most effective channels and tactics are used within stand-alone and on-going communications, so communication is clear and aligned with our business strategy.
- Work with Head of Brand & Communications to create video content to aid internal communications – to include Welcome films from CEO, quarterly updates, shout out and more.
- Record and analyse campaign and channel metrics to support production of a monthly internal communications dashboard.
- Work with Head of Brand & Communications to facilitate the delivery and planning of Eunomia’s Internal Communications events, both virtually and face-to-face.
- Build and foster relationships across business functions to understand requirements and ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter whether they are based.
- Build a listening culture and create feedback mechanisms to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue/engagement.
- Assist in processing content for Eunomia’s website – uploading reports & news stories as requested.
- Participate in any group-wide campaigns by the Marcomms team.
Key Skills
- Relevant experience in an internal communications role, ideally in-house.
- Able to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Sound working knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams and Share Point as well as other communications tools and channels.
- Experience with Word Press and other website management tools
- Experience in creating and posting news on social media channels – predominately Linked In
- Manages multiple projects and tasks effectively, plans well so deadlines are met, and quality output is maintained.
- Ability to use own initiative to progress work
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written communication and editing skills - equally at home drafting short and long-form copy
- Flexible and creative attitude to problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across Eunomia
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Staff who choose to take one day’s holiday during the period between these dates will receive two additional days of “free” holiday to enable them to take the whole week off work. All of us have a monthly wellbeing allowance and can take an additional 2 days leave a year for volunteering.
