The Role:
We are currently growing our busy finance team and have an immediate requirement for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join the team at our Head Office in Southampton. This is an entry level position so full training will be given and there may be opportunities in the future to gain professional finance qualifications.
This is a full-time position working at our Head Office and the working hours are 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key duties include but are not limited to;

• Purchase ledger administration
• Checking of orders
• Inputting invoices
• Handling supplier queries
• Managing material delivery notes
• Costing of invoices

Qualifications/Key Skills:

• GCSE English & Maths (Grade 5 minimum)
• Proficient using Excel
