Junior Marketing Assistant
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team with campaign execution, event coordination, and face-to-face client interactions. This is a dynamic role where you’ll gain valuable exposure to various marketing activities while assisting in planning, organizing, and promoting marketing events and campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and excited to work in an on-site, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Interact directly with clients and partners, providing information about our products and services and addressing their inquiries.
• Coordinate marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, and displays, for events and in-person presentations.
• Support the marketing team in organizing and promoting in-person events, managing setup, and overseeing logistics.
• Conduct market research by engaging with clients and customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions to improve in-person marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging at all in-person marketing touchpoints.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships and entry-level experience are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and event coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and grow within the marketing field.
• Flexibility to work on-site and attend in-person events as required.
