The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Keyholder/Sales Consultant to join our team at Birmingham Fort Shopping Centre. We are extremely passionate about our products and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service. As a Key Holder at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for;

• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets
• In the absence of any other management you will open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

About You:-

Required Experience:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales/retail would be an advantage, but not essential
• You don't have to have worked in fragrance previously - just have a passion for it and keenness to learn
• Strong team working, customer service, and people skills
• Flexibility to include evenings and weekends
