A Vagabond Kitchen Assistant is the ‘to go’ person to get things done. They are Fast & Furious and love what they do. Kitchen Managers couldn’t shine without their help. Our guests overall experience is in your hands and as such we are looking for team members who are:

The Role:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of the full menu
• Adhering to recipe specifications and dish standards with high levels of attention to detail
• Be involved in the general day-to-day tasks in the kitchen
• Being able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment and being open to take on various tasks as needed
• Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take appropriate action without constant supervision
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies
• Monitor and report low stock levels to the kitchen manager
• Rotate and restock inventory as necessary
• Work in accordance with all company policies and Health & Safety

Any relevant qualifications such as Food Safety Level 2 are advantageous but not essential.
