Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
• Participate in site preparation and clean-up activities.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred.
