We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks on site.
Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction process, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimise risks on site.
- Support the team in completing projects on time by performing various tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain an organised work area to enhance productivity and safety.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
