Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by supervisor to rip out furniture, carefully load, unload materials and equipment from hotel bedrooms, load lorry and vans when required.
Operate hand and power tools
Assist with ripping up carpet, underlay and grip strips
Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a labour-removal of furniture role preferred but full training is given
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a team environment
Communication skills
PPE is required for this role, Safety Shoes or boots and Hi-Vis is compulsory
Payment:
Self Employed basis where you invoice the company weekly, your UTR number will be required. Must Have a UTR Number before arriving to site.
Schedule:
The job is due to start on Monday 11th November and last for 2 days.
