Service and Installation Labourer
Storth Limited is a long established and reputable family-owned company manufacturing Slurry Handling equipment for the Agricultural sector. Founded in 1999 our product range has expanded vastly selling our products in the UK as well as worldwide.
We are looking to recruit a Service and Installation Labourer to support our small team of engineers to provide on-farm assistance to repair, maintain and install new slurry systems. The role would be based on site and you will be required to stay away from home from time to time as we supply and maintain systems across the UK. An allowance or accommodation and evening meal will be provided, along with an inconvenience allowance. Travel to and from sites will be via a company van.
The successful candidate will be flexible within the role as you may also be required to work from our Head office providing support for teams throughout the company carrying out duties as required. You may also be required to drive company vehicles from time to time so a clean driving licence is preferable.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist our engineers with the installation, servicing and maintenance of slurry equipment.
• Work with a variety of tools and equipment, as well as being able to lift and move heavy objects (training will be given).
• To work as part of a small team as well as being able to work on your own.
• Follow instructions accurately, demonstrating good communication skills.
• Have a flexible attitude, responding to the needs of the business.
• Be willing to travel to the job site and stay overnight when required.
• Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure high standards are maintained and work is delivered on time.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Show awareness of health and safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment.

Hours of work
· Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:00 am to 3:00pm* (These times may vary due to travelling time to and from jobs).
· Overtime is available paid at time and a half.
· 30 minutes paid lunch break.
· Two 15 minute breaks
