Overview
The Creative Team has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Lead Designer. As Lead designer you will drive the in-house Creative team by working on large-scale brand campaigns, stunning website layouts and act as guardian for the TCT brand (Vistura Group). We are looking for a highly creative individual, with a flair for stand out visual design who specialises in digital design and branding.
Duties

• Design highly aspirational digital experiences to showcase and entice an ever-expanding demographic of existing and potential TCT customers.
• Lead and manage clients’ brands and design websites with a focus on excellent UX & UI.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all creative deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients on briefs, ideas and pitches
• Collaborate and communicate with developers to ensure precise execution of designs and consistency across our client portfolio.
• Create inspirational packaging designs to drive our clients’ strategic marketing goals
• Mentor and support more junior members of the team working collaboratively in a remote working environment.
• Champion the TCT brand and act as our brand ambassador!

Experience

• At least 5 years + highly relevant industry experience
• Graphic design qualification (degree level) and relevant experience
• Fully proficient in Adobe photoshop, XD or Figma, Indesign and Illustrator
• Must have an exciting portfolio showcasing a deep design excellence on a variety of projects/channels
• Strong typography skills
• Experience in FMCG, Retail or wholesale environments (preferable)
• Brand guardian: Uphold and evolve our brand style and consistency across all marketing materials.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple projects.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative design skills
• Trendsetter: Stay ahead on creative trends and digital design opportunities to boost campaign effectiveness.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
