Who are we?
Nor-Sea Foods are part of a fast-growing group of companies, including IFC and Nolan Seafoods with sites in Fraserburgh and Aberdeen. It produces a variety of quality fish products largely under private label for a worldwide customer base. Trading principally in the Pelagic species - Mackerel, Herring and Sprats, Whitefish – Haddock and Whiting, and Salmon.
What is the job?
Nor-Sea Foods – based beside Fraserburgh Harbour - are actively recruiting a Production Team Leader to help run the wetside (also referred to as Tray Up) department on dayshift (6am-2pm). They will report directly to Chargehands and Shift Managers.
Successful candidates must be:

• Able to lead and work within a team and work to tight deadlines.
• Able to communicate well with employees of all levels.
• A highly motivated individual with a professional work ethic.
• Forward thinking, flexible and willing to embrace new ideas, processes, training, etc

Your hours and rate of pay are set, and will remain in place. These will be communicated at interview.
All training and PPE are paid for, various training courses are available, and PPE is laundered by the Company.

Overtime is available and only worked on a voluntary basis. Premium rates are paid for all overtime - at least time and a half.
Annual bonus system and long service holidays are also awarded.
